May I ask what is the silk screen of the material STM32F301K8U7, we are coming from F3018K7, but the specification is F3018K, which one is correct?

The STM32F301K8U7 has the marking F301K87 (not F3018K7).

The marking F301K8 (not F3018K) stands for the STM32F301K8U6, i.e. the temperature range of -40...+85°C instead of -40...-105°C.
