    Hi,

Our UART Bootloader as described in AN2606 is permanent and is located in a ''ROM Area'' and can never be re-programmed by software or re-writed again.

    Cheers,

    STOne-32.

    Hi,

Is the serial bootloader in STM32 models permanent or is it just one time usable, in other words does your own firmware write it over?

The reason I ask is that Luminary Micro calls ''one time bootloader'' as ''Serial Flash Loader'' and ''real'' bootloader as ''bootloder'' and I see serial flash loader mentioned in STM32 datasheets.
