how to use only one microphone on STM32F469 Dicovery?

I am working on sound aquisation with STM32F469 mems microphone,

I know that if i want to use one microphone of the three mems microphone , I only have to pick out th JP5. is it true?

But when i did that i lose control on my program in borad .

What to do ?
