How To Read Register Value from STM32F4 ??

Hi  Dear Friends,

I'm new to this STM32 so kindly help me to know, How can  I read STM32 Registers ?

I need to see the Register data in my desktop, so I need to make use of any software like putty or GTKterm kind of things ??

Please help me regarding the same,
