How to connect micro sd using SDIO in 1 bit bus mode?

I'm drawing a new pcb, and I cant find information on what to do with the other datalines not used... anyone can help me please? Thank you.

I'd imagine you could just pull them high with a 33K or 47K, I certainly wouldn't leave them floating. This is really something you need to do your own due diligence on, shouldn't be that hard not to configure the pins in question, and verify operation.

Indeed, it is easy to do that test, but what I want to know is what is the correct (not only ''a way that works'') way to leave this pins... I imagine pulled up, but maybe something else too.
