Hi What is the correct Pinout for the STM32L496QGI3 programming header? I'm looking to use the SWD interface. And Which programming pins are actually needed(nRESET, SWDIO, SWLCK)? Are the other pins like SWO just for added features?

Minimally VCC,GND,SWDIO,SWCLK, add NRST for control/connectivity, add SWO for SWV functionality.

Standard header, or one you make up?

Generally would use either the ARM 20-pin, or 10-pin SWD as a "standard"

Low pin count/complexity, perhaps Tag-Connect foot-print
