Hey! i recently bought stm32 but it has a issue i am not able to completely reset it . I mean when i press reset button while boot 1 on 0 and boot 0 on 1 state after pressing reset the inbuilt led still blink with the rete of 1 blink per sec.

In my conclusion the problem is with the stm32 that i won't able to reset it but don't know how to fix it....

What does "Completely Reset" mean to you?

It is not going to erase firmware on the device, or revert to some older firmware previously installed.

When you write firmware to the device it replaces the code that was there before.
