Not much detail on it, will push to moderation, I assume it is a higher FLASH/RAM, perhaps 256K/40K

I know, the document and the ones for the F302's should give you enough data to at least make some forward progress. I requested other data sheets.

Ask your board vendor, this seems to be a Chinese market device.

Thanks - clive1 - now everything became clear to me, I have it seems understood and have found my microcontroller on the Datasheet microcontroller has to be from such STM32F302xC series, thanks to all who helped me.
