HAL bug in stm32l1xx_hal_flash.c? Does not clear the SIZERR flag.

STM32L1xx HAL Driver version number V1.4.3

Why does FLASH_WaitForLastOperation() not check the SIZERR flag? is this a bug?

And the FLASH_SetErrorCode() does not clear the SIZERR . Is this a bug?
