flash memory endurance of STM32F030

Hi~

I'm under review for EEPROM emulation on STM32F030.

but, I found that flash memory endurance is min 1000 cycle(1K).

Unfortunately, It is short to use in my project.

Do you know why it is shorter than other STM32?

Most of the other STM32 is a flash endurance is min 10K.

Based on the design, process geometry and testing, they have less confidence in the long term performance?

If you really need EEPROM, use one instead of pretending that FLASH is a substitute. Consider if NVRAM is an alternative.
