External device to Discovery board communication

Hello,

On my external device I have temperature sensor interfaced with STM32l1xx (SDA, SCL by using I2C)and I am programming that by using STM32l1xx discovery board. I want to see the outputs of sensor on LCD of discovery board, is it possible to do? if yes, how?
