I checked that the last IAR version available for download don't have support for STM32F4xx yet. What EWARM version should be used to test the firmware? Are there EWARM Devices, Flash  and  Debug files to do the update of the current version?

Wouldn't this be something you could discuss directly with IAR support, and get an immediate answer/solution?

EWARM 6.3 now available supports the STM32F4xx.

Well, almost. My Kickstart 6.3 came with ST-Link driver version 1.03. Update it to driver version 1.04 available from ST for F4 Discovery.

    Cheers, Hal

Good point about drivers / DLL version differences.  I always had to keep my J-LINK DLL up to date in IAR directory.
