Error in initializing ST-Link Device

Hey there,

I have a development board that includes STM32F091CC. After write my code i successfully build it but when i try to debug in Atollic TrueStudio(Eclipse based IDE) it i have an error messages that in attached.

Note : When i use ST LINK Utility i successfully connect and program my mcu but in IDE i can not. 

Error in initializing ST-Link device. Reason:(4) No device found on target.

In my debug configuration i try to debug in Embedded C/C++ Application and my parameters just like that. Can you help me to figure out the problem.

Some settings issue or fiddling with debug pins, or low power modes.

Check firmware version

Check drivers/scripts

Connect under reset, or with BOOT0 High
