Currently, I test STM32L562 Discovery Kit in low power environment. I tryed some programs and now I lost the original firmware loaded when i bought the board... My question is: Where I can find this program (in Bin or Hex) to loaded again?

Maybe it's not there. Try asking ST directly through web support form or FAE.

Try looking also under Projects in CubeL5 - at least the sources should be there under Demonstration.
