Consultation/Programming help with STM32F407

Hello, I thought about picking up firmware programming myself for a project I wish to create, however there is too much learning curve and I don't have full time to dedicate to learning and programming all of it, and I don't have the resources to hire out a big firm. I am looking for someone who works independently to assist me with board support/debugging and programming for using the STM32 with Ethernet, Infrared, RS-232, and USB as well as a couple of SPI and I2C connections.
