Can I able to connect 40 slaves (AD7719) to Part STM32F303ZET6 using single line of SCLK & MOSI? Input Cap of Slave is 10pf.Will this SCLK & MOSI have enough drive strength to drive 40 slaves? What are the things to check here?

If you have 40 chip select in multi drop, the max speed will depend on the bus signal slew rate. If you use daisy chain, sck is the most loaded signal, and mosi to miso slave propagation delay will accumulate and clamp the max speed. Buffering delays signals too.
