Calculation of Sense capacity from TSC value

Hello,

I would like to ask you, if there is any way to calculate the value of sense capacity? I am using TSC peripheral on STM32L083 and I am trying to interpret the output value from TSC.

I've read every application note for TSC, and I didn't find any information how to calculate/estimate the sensor capacity.

To compute sensor capacitance value, extra tools are needed
