By B-L4S5I-IOT01A keeps restarting / disconnecting from my STLink. What would be the cause and how can I overcome this so that I can download my app?

More of a problem with the ST-link on the board. I have tried using differ4ent USB cables. Tried running on windows and MAC. both have the same problem. I think the ST-link firmware/hardware is broken.
