Best way to interface external parallel ADC and DAC

Dear All,

I have to develop a couple of boards: one to interface ADC LTC2202, 16 bits parallel, 10Msps and the other one to interface an external DAC AD5447, 12bits parallel, 10Msps.

I will use for both boards STM32F429ZIT. My questions are:

what is the best way to interface with these ADC/DAC? Should I use FMC? What falvour of FMC? or Should I use just a timer to generate the clock frequencies and GPIO to read/write to them?

Any other way to do this?

Any comment/advice will be wellcome.
