USART Baud rate (stm32L0 + 32kHz LSE)

Hello, cubemx shows that baud rate for USART clocking from LSE

 

must be between 32 Bits/s and 131.062 KBits/s.

 

Is it CubeMX bug or L-series allows clocking regular USART (not LPUART) up to 130KBits?

 

MCU: stm32L051K6Tx (32 pin)
