What should that make sense for?

LD5/LD6 can only be influenced indirectly by the STM32F429, indicating VBUS and overcurrent at the OTG port.

Oh, we cannot use the VBUS that is output of STMPS2141STR.

But the /Fault is open drain though.

Well, you could expand the BSP yourself, if you really want to drive LD6. But you have to keep in mind that it is being driven with some kind of wired-or with the STMPS2141, so the status of LD6 depends on OTG_FS_OC and the /FAULT signal from the STMPS2141.
