lwip on E407 board, source for STs AN3966

Hi all, I want to run lwip on the Olimex E407 board. STs AN3966 seems to be a good start, but I cannnot find the ST modifications auf the software. It is not in the download from

http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/LwIP

, as claimed in the application note. Any hint welcome. THX Cheers Detlef
