How to format input data to import in NanoEdge AI Studio

In NanoEdge AI Studio v3, sensor data can be imported either from file, or "live" from a data logger via serial (USB) port. In both cases, the data format is the same.

There are 3 cases to distinguish, depending on which project type is selected in NanoEdge AI Studio.

Check the corresponding sections of the NanoEdge AI Studio documentation:

  1. General rules: anomaly detection and classification projects (1-class or n-class)
  2. Variant: extrapolation projects
  3. Exception: Multi-sensor (anomaly detection projects only)

Another option for importing data is to use the native Datalogger feature (only for STEVAL-STWINKT1B), which captures sensor data in .dat format, ready to be imported in the Studio, and automatically converted into Studio-compatible format.
