As you probably know, there may be a large current peak with large capacitive loads. The VND7E025AJ is able to easily handle that and to drive inductive and capacitive loads due to the internal protection features:
- for capacitive loads: current and power limitation
- for inductive loads: negative voltage clamp
Because of these protective functions, it is not necessary to specify maximum values for e.g. inrush current.
