In clock configuration for STM32H723ZET the oscillator input is limited to 4-48MHz. The datasheet says 4-50MHz. I'm using a 49.152MHz oscillator in bypass mode and this results in a clock tree error.

Good news 😊 I am pleased to inform you that this issue is fixed in the latest STM32CubeMX version 6.3.0.

Now, CubeMX is showing the correct oscillator input limits matching values in the datasheet  :

Are you running at nominal voltage with sufficient decoupling capacitors?

@Uwe Bonnes​ Yes that is my plan. At the moment I'm searching for the right STM32H7 controller / package.

Normally, DS is the authoritative information source, so you can ignore any constraints of CubeMX or any "library".
