Could you add the TouchGFX tag to your post ? This will increase the visibility.

The video you shared is a bit outdated. You should create a project from TouchGFX Designer with the application template for the STM32F746 disco board, then generate code. In your project folder you just need to double click on the cubdeIDE project in the /STM32CubeIDE folder to work with this toolchain.
