What is the name of this MCU as I was told that it needs to be replaced. I don't know what to search for but the device read in STM32 Cube Programmer is STM32F07x. The only thing available in the local market is STM32F103C8T6 LQFP-48 64K, would this work.

While F1 is cortexM3, F0 would be CortexM0. Code compiled for CortexM0 will run on M3, but peropheralsl are different, so probably it will not work! Look e.g. with findchips.com for that part.
