The majority of users in this forum communicate in English. So I asked Google to translate your message into English, which I hope is correct:

The 32.768KHz does not vibrate, but occasionally there will be a 32K frequency. This crystal is mainly used for the internal RTC. It is impossible to change the load capacitance to larger or smaller.

Please check whether the requirements of AN2867 are met, in particular:

  • table 5 (page 22) giving gain margin gm(min) for the different drive levels
  • section 3.4 (oscillator transconductance)
  • section 7 (tips for improving oscillator stability)

Good luck!
