NUCLEO H743ZI GPIO port F unable to output voltage.

Hello,

I am trying to get a simple GPIO toggle working with the NUCLEO H743ZI board. I noticed that when I try using the GPIO port F pins, even though the port registers are configured correctly and I can see the bit changing in the GPIOF_ODR register. I do not see any coltage change on the pin. I tried the same code with other GPIO ports and it seems to be working fine.

My GPIO config: (attached)

This seems to be happening on some other boards that I have tried out as well. Is there something that I am missing? When can something like this happen?

Thanks,

Where specifically are you measuring it? Sometimes, solder bridges need to be opened or closed before the test point is connected to the pin. Check the schematic to see the details of the board. Note there are a few different revisions of this board, although they should be very close to one another.

See if you can probe the actual pin on the MCU directly.

Repetitive failure over multiple boards, much more suggestive of you doing something wrong.

Relays or Motors involved? Systems with different voltage level.

I was referring to the schematic of a different version. Nothing wrong with the board. Sorry for the false alarm.
