Hi,
We will use VNQ500 in our circuit but I cannot be sure on Input high voltage value. In datasheet:
- Table 7 says Vih = 3.25 Volts
- Figure 15 says Vih = 2.8 Volts and decreases with increasing temperature
Which value should I take into account. Is it enough to apply voltage greater than 2.8 Volts or should I apply voltage greater than 3.25 Volts. This is critical for our design.
Any help will ve appreciated...
