STM32MP1 STM32CubeProgramming Unable to reconnect the target device time out expired

Hi ,

I am using STM32MP157C-DK2 board

I just trying to load the flash image in to the SD card.

facing issue reconnecting the device. Below i mentioned log file please check it.

Works for me.

How did you enter DFU mode? What is the boot pins setting? You can hook-up a terminal prog via ST-LINK serial port and some boot log info from inside.

boot pins are off only.ST- L INK serial port is not showing device ID.

I am not using USB OTG cable just i am using Typle c cable to my PC.

little bit I understand. Please guide me how to solve this issue.

Check to see if you have this folder on the target:

/lib/firmware

One problem I had is that Buildroot wasn't making a /lib/firmware folder so I could never download/debug.

your flash download seems ok, so if you reset the board, it should fly.

Best is to look at the console (ST-Link VCP) during boot.

Maybe a too weak supply (1A is barely ok, 2A is the minimum, 3A is recommended)
