For example, we can use and make codeblocks for arduino with using scratch

and we can use other devices like rasperbery pi or haido etc.. with mBlock.

But i couldn't use my stm32 boards with these sites or applications to make codeblocks.

So i want to know that, is there any sites or application like scratch or mblock for Stm32 boards?

I'm not really sure what you're asking here, but as far as TouchGFX goes (since you tagged it) the only "block-like" behavior you'll get is using the widgets from the designer to design your UI and having the code generated for that.
