I've tried solutions given in other blog posts on this topic but none of them worked:

  • using only Java RE 8
  • reinstalling CubeMX
  • removing non-ASCII characters from my file path

I'm on CubeMX v6.0.1, Java RE 8 and Keil μVersion 5. Any help would be appreciated!

Oops, turns out any change in Java installations is only complete after a restart! Now everything works!
