where is public storage?

Hi!

I am working to write my custom flash loader and i watched this course:

How to create an external QSPI loader

but i can not find "public storage". can you please tell me where it is?

This course consist 5 videos and in video number 3 , he told that you can access to public storage for libraries and needed files but i can not find them . videos have a link to google drive and in google drive i just find project and a pdf . my mcu is different with project's mcu and i must to find main library

It means GitHub, or other open source, source sharing resource
