For our wireless charging base, we attempted to effectively copy the STWBC-EP development board (STEVAL-ISB044V1). Although our base seems to work, the minimum connection distance is far shorter than the devkit, in fact too close to account for our enclosure thicknesses. But after making a connection, our base (transmitter) and sensor (receiver) can then be pulled apart by many millimeters and will keep functioning. The reported Q seems fairly high on our board (near 100), and the FOD margin always reports zero whereas this is closer to 450 on the devkit. The two automatic calibrations were performed and made no difference, and the firmware should be identical on both boards. The output frequency on our board seems to be constantly higher than on the devkit. Do you have any ideas what we should check? Thanks,
