Stm32f103 OB(Option Byte) Functions Problem

I was going to use the following code to protect the code for STM32F103, but functions that write OB (Option Byte) are not defined in the SPL structure.

You didn't include any code.

SPL isnt supported anymore, although it’s surprising it doesn't support something on the F1 series. You’ll have to write it yourself or migrate to HAL.
