What is maximum vibration the MP34DT05 MEMS can handle?

Hi,

What is maximum vibration the MP34DT05 MEMS can handle without fail (Permanent damage).

We observed part damage (No Noise readings) after applying 21G vibration.

the MP34DT05 tests for vibration do not go above 20g vibrations, but until that point the microphone passed all tests performed.

So the answer is: 20g.

It is to be mentioned that in regards to shock resistance, the maximum acceleration it can withstand is 10.000g.

It is unfortunate that you have to go up to 21g vibrations for your application, may I help you by other means?

Maybe you can explain me your test in more detail?

For example, what are the frequencies of your vibrations?
