Hello, I bought the P-L496G-CELL02 Board. Can somebody please tell me where I can find the Batch Identification Code (BIC) to registrate the e-sim on EMnify.

I think you need to retrieve the sim data using modem at command. However if the sim is too old, some sim usually have deadline for activation.

If you have purchased the P-L496G-CELL02 Board and you are looking for the Batch Identification Code (BIC) to register the e-sim on EMnify, you can try looking for the BIC on the packaging or the label that came with the board.

If you are unable to find the BIC on the packaging or the label, you can contact the manufacturer or the seller of the board and ask for assistance in finding the BIC.

Once you have the BIC, you can use it to register the e-sim on EMnify. If you are still having trouble finding the BIC, please let us know and we can try to assist you further.

Yes, I have bought P-L496G-CELL02 Board and I want to use its eSIM. I followed many instructions and tutorials but I couldn't activate it. Also, I found this link in which your colleague is saying that eSIM is no more possible on this board. Can you please confirm that, or let me know the steps to activate it?

How to config to use eSIM:

S1. assume you have programmed the firmware like "l496_bg96_socket_v520.bin", as mentioned in the file "How to enable SIM MFF2 connectivity with P-L496G-CELL02.txt"

S2. using terminal application like tera term, config and open the com port;

S3. push the black button to reset P-L496G-CeLL02;

then the following will be shown in seconds

3: Modem power on (without application)

S4. type in "1<CR>"

then the following will be shown:

2: Configuration: Cellular Service
3: Configuration: Echoclt
4: Configuration: Grovestreams
5: Configuration: Ping

S5: type in "2<CR>", then the following is shown:
