any stm32 MCU with 5Vadc?

Hello,

I am working on a project and it would be very helpful if I could find a MCU with integrated 5V ADC. I know you can add a voltage divider for the 3.3V ADC but it won't work in my case for this project. Can anyone recommend me something? Thank you:D

No STM32 chips can take 5V for VDD, if I'm not mistaken.

A voltage divider for a power supply isn't the right approach. You'd want a linear regulator, or an LDO (low dropout regulator).

of course, i meant voltage divider for the adc inputs.

"but it won't work in my case for this project. Can anyone recommend me something? Thank you:D" I can recommend a change of starting point. If resistive divider does not suit, there are good op amps which surely can do the job.

Edit: does suit->doesn't suit

5V ST MCU? I guess then it is in the STM8A portfolio.

Typically true 5V requires a thicker gate oxide than 3.3V hence either an older terchno or a newer techno with an additional oxide.
