On a printer board with a STM32F103RC, (64pin), could I replace it with a STM32F103RG without changing anything else? i.e, would the extra mem be utilized without changing the firmware etc. Sorry just a beginner,

Most firmware is fixed and not that smart to dynamically check which model of CPU it is placed on.
