Is it true, that the gyro of the lsm9ds1 has the lpf1 (low pass filter) AFTER the ADC? This design will suffer from aliasing not?

Hi @TWied.1​ , yes, this is true. This because the filter is digitally implemented (FIR), and an analog filter before the ADC, on this product, would introduce latency that would affect the correct time-response of the device if not properly managed. However, please note that the mechanics of MEMS part of the sensor chip is an intrinsic LP filter with cut frequency around 800Hz, so that the alias is mechanically avoided. Newer ST sensor products have implemented the anti-alias filter before the ADC. Regards
