Hi,

First: why did you chose to use 4.12.3 ? The latest version is 4.13 (with 4.14 coming soon) but is this a dev choice?

Could you provide more info/pictures on what you tried to do? You did not attach a picture like you meant to I suppose. I suspect you might be choosing an AT not compatible with an older version of Designer so that is why I would recommend trying 4.13 instead.

Otherwise you can go to %APPDATA%/TouchGFX-4.12.3/TouchGFXDesigner.log

"Creation failed" could indicate that you cannot contact our package server to download the combination of AT and UI you've chosen. Check the logs in %APPDATA%/TouchGFX-4.12.3

After changing the AT compatibility, the error disappeared.

I was able to confirm the location of the log file.
