Not able to flash STM32H7B31 Code Menu Launcher

Hi Team

I have tried flashing the Menu launcher code

I see that the device is not doing anything after flashing It gets halted while flashing

I have attached the screen shot

Follwing is the procedure that i followed

Downloaded the code from the

STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.7.0

In this project i have used use MENU launcher

C:\Users\Deepak\Downloads\en.stm32cubeh7_v1-7-0\STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.7.0\Projects\STM32H7B3I-DK\Demonstrations\MenuLauncher\STM32CubeIDE

when i try flashing the code i get the follwing error as addtached in the screen shot

I used stcubeprogrammer as well for the programming and i am not able to to flash it

I have selected the

MX25LM51245G_STM32H7B3I_DISCO and then in external programming option i selected the Start programming I see that

I am not sure what options to select and how to overcome the GDB SEVER error or the
