I've downloaded the STM32CubeFunctionPack_STBOX1_V1.3.0 and build the BLESensors project in STM32CubeIDE. When I try to program the Sensortile.Box with Jlink everything seems to work fine...but then I get immediately a hard fault.

Could you tell me how did you connect the sensortile box with the jlink ?
