Are the Nucleo-XXXXKX boards like the F303K8 ect.. equipped with an integrated bluetooth device ? Do they all have the same dimensions as the Nucleo-G431KB ?

NO

As I understand it the NUCLEO-32 boards share a common form-factor, but there are manuals presumably with specifics.

Not sure the boards are geared to low power, in the sense they typically have a lot of peripheral devices/components attached

Well, for Nucleo Board you can not say "they typically have a lot of peripheral devices/components attached". But for low power setup, think carefully how the connected ST-Link interacts!
