Zendesk vs ST website for TouchGFX support?

What is difference between being a member of st.com and touchgfx.zendesk.com?

When I click community in Zendesk, I end up at st? Why should I not just log in to st?

What does Zendesk give me that ST does not?

Hi,

Zendesk was created before ST acquired TouchGFX. The previous forum has been deleted and moved to this one on st.com . There is no need to be a member of Zendesk at the moment.

However touchgfx.zendesk.com enables us to have direct control of its content. It is under full rewriting at the moment with no official release date i am aware of, but this will be a huge improvement.
