RM0440 Rev. 2: Number of significant bits in FLASH_WRPxxR apparently wrong.

RM says for both Cat. 2 and Cat. 3 devices all WRPxxR have 7 significant bits, and production values for option bytes starting at 0x1FFF7818 are 0xFF*0*0FFFF.

This suggests that bit 7 in WRP_xxR reads '0''.

However, actual G431RB has only 6 significant bits (checked by toggling) and production value is 0xFF*C*0FFFF (supporting 6 bits). Whereas G474RE has indeed 7 and production value is 0xFF*8*0FFFF.

So, bit 6 and 7 for Cat. 2 always read as '1' and for Cat. 3 bit 7 always read as '1'?

Now what about Cat. 3 with only 128 kByte or 256 kByte? Still 7 bits and 0xFF*8*0FFFF ?

BTW: There is a similar discrepancy in RM 0444 and 0454: G03x have only 5 significant bits, not 6. But there the unused bits read '0'.
