STM32 Motor Control Software Development Kit (MCSDK) available only for Windows ???

No Linux support ???

It is very cumbersome to have to install the development environment (STM32CubeMx + Firmware) twice for both OS !

Hello Michael,

So far we have only a windows version.

Next generation of tools will support Linux and should arrive this year (mid 2020)

Thanks and best regards,

Claire

Hi Claire,

that are good news - thanks for your feedback.

i hope i can use the LinuX version of MCSDK asap.

you can release some beta versions for public test and we can send useful feedback then

Thanks, this is a great idea,

We are thinking about it these days....

Dear MMa.1893

This post is similar to the post https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000Bfv3CZSQY/will-st-release-a-version-of-mc-sdk-for-linux

Next release has been a little bit postponed and this feature will be probably integrated only in the next version.

Therefor, a full tools suite linux integration is not planned on the short term.

Best Regards
