What should I look for when changing the clock frequency in generated code with Motor Control Workbench?

I am working with ST-MotorControl Workbench. I generate the project according to 72 Mhz clock with WorkBench. I can't choose 56MHz through WorkBench. So, I re-generate project for 56 MHz with CUBEIDE. And than, I edit the code (picture). Is there any detail I need to consider when doing this editing process ?
