I have already produced more than 6000 electronic boards with the STNS01 component, no problem.
Today a problem appears with the STNS01 component: The battery recharging happens normally, but once the battery is charged, at 4.2V the STNS01 component makes the let blink at 1Hz. The battery is correctly charged at 4.2V. The temperature is normal. This behaviour appears on 10% of my production. We have not changed anything in the production.
I don't understand the error.
Normally while charging the LED on the CHG pin is lit, then when the charging is finished the LED goes out.
In my case at the end of the charge, it flashes at 1Hz.
After a certain time, about 10 min, the STNS01 no longer charges the battery if an attempt is made to charge the battery again. It is necessary to reset the component so that it recharges the battery up to 4.2V. When it reaches 4.2V the LED flashes at 1Hz.
